In some companies of the developed countries the top-level positions are handled by men, although the female workforce is the majority. In my opinion, it would be biased if the companies mandatorily allocate a certain number of high-level positions to women.
In recent years, a growing attention has been paid to gender fairness at work places. Although an increasing number of females serve as the workforce in the majority of developed countries, most of higher management positions are taken by men. In order to promote gender equality, some people think that companies should hire a certain number of women and allocate them to the upper positions. I acknowledge the importance of equal opportunities at work; however, I disagree with the above opinion as it may contribute to unfairness to male workers and reduce the productivity.
These days there is no need to study language of the country where someone plan to visit because many translation applications are available, which is perfect for tourists. Apart from learning a language, is a time consuming process, which requires time, money and energy. This may not be practical for many backpackers. However, by learning av local language of the tourist destination would bring many advantages. Firstly, they can easily communicate with local people and learn about the local customs and traditions, which enriches the travel experience. In some places most of the sign boards and instructions are in their native language, which might create some kinds of misunderstanding between locals and visitors. Take an example of food allergy patients, they need to enquire about the content of the food before consuming it.
In this modern era, equality among a male and a female is becoming an increasingly popular topic of discussion. Most of the companies offer the office jobs to the male candidates only and the female candidates are doing factory jobs. I strongly agree with the point that the companies should set a particular percentage for women also. This essay will discuss this point of view.
It is argued that greater than fifty percent of top positions in organizations are fulfilled by men despite the majority of the workers in developed nations are female. Therefore, corporations should recruit a certain proportion of top executives from women. This essay is disagreed with the statement because recruitment should be based on qualities and this type of action will create gender inequality.
Although female workers constitute the majority of the employees in developed countries, most top-level positions in corporations are occupied by males. It is argued that a good solution for this phenomenon to allocate a certain quota for females to fill some of these positions. In this essay I will explain why I do not agree with this approach.
It is argued that corporates should be compelled to give a certain proportion of their executive-level jobs to women as more than half of their workforce is women. This essay completely agrees with that statement because women are more than capable of doing the same level jobs as men and girls are outperforming boys at the university level.
It is argued that many high-profile jobs in companies are often given to males rather than females irrespective of the working ratio of women been on the higher side. This essay completely agrees with the above statement and supports the idea of women given the opportunity to work on the top-level profiles because women of today's generation are very competitive and on basis of gender equality.
Many high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent females. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women.
It is argued that corporates should be mandated to give certain amount of top-level management positions to females, where women workforces exceeds men. This essay totally disagrees with that statement because any roles should be designated based on skills irrespective of gender and it also overshadows the real talent and efforts of the female employees.
