Initially,there are ten various methods in the preparation of chocolate from cacao tree.The process requires both manual and machinery works.However,the cacao trees are grown nowhere than south america,africa and Indonesia.In the early stages,the chocolates are found as red pods.once when the red pods are matured,they are harvested and the white cocoa beans are taken our from ripe red pods.Followingly,these beans are fermented and they are spread straight away in sun to dry.Promptly,the dired beans are packed in large sacks.The large sacks are routes to factory which are transported by train or lorry.After reaching the factory,the beans are segregated for roasting.they are roasted at 350°C.The roasted beans are crushed and outer shells are removed by machines.Lastly,the gathered inner parts are grinder up by a system and chocolates are collected in liquid form.
