By pursuing three basic business etiquette, it’s essential to know how people from different cultures communicate with each other. Firstly, addressing someone is one of the most basic principles of communication. Certainly, people who make others sympathize and respect are noticing the way interlocutor addresses them. Besides, smiling is the second basic principle of communication. Smiling represents an expansive and respectful person. Eye contact is the ultimate basic communication principle. it's reported that a 14-year-old boy has been punished since he made a serious detriments to his school. but he only needed to clean streets rather than being jailed. from my perspective, alternative forms of punishment should be tailored to the individual needs of young offenders.

I was born in Ahmedabad city which is located in Gujarat. I did my 10th in 2007 in the first class from Bapunagar municipal school and after that, I chose science stream and comp 12th in 2009 with the second class during my high school education I studied many subjects such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Sheth C L Hindi High School. Moreover, I enrolled in a diploma in computer engineering from 2009 to 2012 with a 6.56 CGPA from R. C. Technical Institute.
