These days several countries are dealing with numerous migrations of people from rural areas to big towns for several reasons that can have a lot of effects on citizens. One of the most important reasons for migrating people from rural to cities is the lack of job opportunities which makes individuals move to achieve better conditions that have a negative impact on others. For instance, those people move to big cities to gain better jobs which causes other people who were living there before, to lose job opportunities and the number of employees becomes more and more. Another reason for this trend is the existence of high-level facilities in the big towns which leads people to immigrate there for access to these possibilities that create more problems for citizens such as overpopulation. In 2022 and 2023, I volunteered at a blue carbon training in Bogor. At that time, I was a committee member for logistics, administration, and fieldwork. Anything I can try to help with, I will do to the best of my ability. This went on for about 2 weeks until I was invited to be part of the team and travel around Indonesia as a mangrove field worker. I have felt a big improvement from the beginning of my volunteer experience at PKSPL IPB. It makes me want to try everything I can so that experiences and unexpected things happen in my life. A life that is unpredictable and relevant according to my abilities.

Some people believe that consistently attending fitness centres is unnecessary. Contrary, they are convinced that a combination of occasional exercise with a balanced diet is sufficient to remain healthy. I personally agree that regular exercise is not enough to have a sustainable healthy life, hence, the diet is needed to ensure a long-term healthy life.

Nowadays, there are lots of people around the world who face serious health problems caused by unhealthy snacks. But what is the best way to deal with this issue? We should not provide universal basic income because it will make the government poor. The government needs to spend a lot to fight with economic downturn, unemployment and social injustice. So we need to save money for necessities, not for poverty. According to a research, introducing the provision of universal basic income will lead to an economic crisis which will take around 100 years to recover. More, this policy will make inflation inevitable.

According to this bar graph,we can see the difference of weekly spending by families between 1968 and 2018. Reporting the main features and differences

Overall,families’ costs changed in these years.Firstly, I want to start with food.Families spent 35 % of their income on food in 1968.But, this percentage changed in 2018,it was be average of 17 %. The second one is housing. It consisted of 10 % in 1968.However, this percentage increased about 9 % in 2018. The third one is the spending on fuel and power,which is necessary at every time.The rate of this is 6 %.But it decreased in 2018.The other comparison about Clothing and footwear, in 1968 spending more than in 2018. It’s interesting that the cost rate of household goods was equal in 1968 and 2018.Also, the information about personal goods is also noted. It is less than in 2018.The other one is the transport fee.It was only 8 % in 1968.But, this percentage changed in 2018.Eventually, the last one is leisure.There was a big difference in this field. So, the percentage in 2018 was approximately three times more than in 1968.This research displays us with more interesting facts about it.
