Nowadays, more and more people would like to spend their free time more wisely, they prefer to read or doing puzzles because they think it will be more useful rather than to waste time playing video games or watching films or videos. In my point of view, leisure time should be fullfilment and cheerful because when you have a gripping hobby you will be absorbed in it.

As a human being who cares about the environment by working in NGOs, I am very interested in how a country can manage the environment well and provide healthy and appropriate public information to the public. This can be seen in how Germany is one of the cleanest countries in the world. The title is certainly not obtained easily, but with a long process of ups and downs by developing and adapting to the changing times. In addition, how the information provided by Germany can be safely received by the public so that people can provide input, suggestions, and criticism to their government. These two things are my main concerns and I really hope that I can get both of these things from participating in this program.

Government investment in the arts, such as music and theater, is a waste of money. Government must invest this money in public services instead. Do you agree or disagree?

My motivation in participating in the CrossCulture Program activities is to increase relations, especially with NGO networks abroad, enrich my mindset by understanding cultures in Germany, and improve my ability to process information related to the environment. These three things are my main goals in participating in this activity. Of course, this activity will increase my ability to serve my current organization -Forest Watch Indonesia- and benefit the community and surroundings. These three things are very sustainable with each other and can be achieved by participating in the CrossCulture Program. I believe I can achieve all of them by joining this program.

The applicant has a Bachelor of Science degree in IPB University, which has quality university in Indonesia. They are fluent in English and Indonesian, and they have experience working in a multicultural environment. They are also a strong leader and team player. In addition to their academic background and passion for cross-cultural understanding, the applicant also has the skills and experience necessary to be successful in the CrossCulture Fellowship Programme. I believe that the applicant would be a valuable asset to the CrossCulture Fellowship Programme.
