Dear sir/madam. I’m a software engineer working from home for the past two years in our organisation. A few months back, I received a new laptop from our IT team, functioning perfectly fine until yesterday. When I tried logging in today, I found some trouble. As you know, for Software Employees, Laptop is the utmost important tool to perform the job. I have many meetings to attend and several activities to execute daily, and I also have enormous data on the Laptop that I can’t afford to lose at any cost. As I cannot perform any activities, I’ve decided to send my Laptop to the IT team for further review. It is hampering my office routines. I request you to review the problem precisely and resolve it as the most priority and return it as soon as possible. Also, it would be helpful if you could send an alternate laptop until my current Laptop gets fixed so that I can be on track and not miss any important calls. I’ll be waiting to hear from you.
