This can result in longer periods of unemployment for older workers, leading to financial problem and their mental health.

In my opinion that young people and older people couldn't find thier way of communicating, because the gap between thier ages and some of older people are conservative, and that makes younger people see older people as a dinosaur or ignorant, so when two sides get insulted that leads it to be a controversial, and I literally hate this because not every young people are anarchical and not every seniors or old people are dictator, In my opinion the only way to secure this problem is the media and awareness of the people, if we could publish just only the good news and good medias and dump all hate news and fake news out of the way, I belive that's going to make a changes, and younger people need to open thier mind to talk with older people and older people need to understand younger people's opinion either.
