To overcome illnesses and problems, the preference of people has shifted to traditional medicines such as homeopathy and Ayurveda and the humans avoid the consumption of high-tech solutions like allopathic medicine. This approach has various pros as it benefits patients by reducing the chances of side effects of remedy and also promotes optimum utilisation of natural resources. Though, the drawbacks of the aspect cannot be neglected as it can lead to economic downfalls.

This phenomenon might be explained due to the significant changes that we are facing as a modern society. Some factors such as globalization, the rise of more competitive markets, the specialization and creation of new jobs, the entrance of women into the workforce and feminism; an increasing worldwide supply of top talent, and the birth of the internet with its powerful connectivity to mention a few, have had significant impacts on core beliefs, aspirations and the way new generations are approaching things. I strongly believe that this social development has implied a variety of benefits in terms of cultural, economic and social aspects, although we can’t deny it also has collateral impacts in the long term.

We are likely to be infulenced by working atmosphere, so improve that is not only enhance wokers' enthusiasm but also lengthen their worklife.
