It is irrefutable to say that traffic congestion has become a major issue in most of the developing countries. Few individuals thinks that administration should make expenditure on fabrication of trains and construction of new subway lines. While others are in favor of edification of more and broader roads to reduce the bottlenecking of vehicles. This essay will cast light on both the views.

It's argued that all states must have medical facilities but the new treatments not available because it's very expensive.
