Recent research on energy usage in office environments suggests that reducing the time spent in office spaces can lower energy consumption. As a result, some companies have opted to close their offices for two to three days a week, raising the question of whether this decision brings more advantages than drawbacks.

It is better to buy just a few expensive clothes, rather than lots of cheaper clothes. Do you agree or disagree ?

Some people believe that purchasing a smaller amount of expensive clothes outweighs purchasing a larger amount of cheaper clothes. I do not agree with that extent, because the price does not always correlate with the quality and the variety of choices could be more suitable.

Many artists face the problem of having their work publicly evaluated. This evaluation is related to the price that artists put on their works. Most people believe that high prices for such works are unjustified and that the government should take responsibility for this activity. This is a hot topic at the moment because there are many artists around the world whose labour has been devalued.I agree that young artists and performers should be supported in their endeavours without devaluing their work. The government should only take measures to avoid such attitudes on the part of the public.

Nowadays sugar is a constituent of most factory-made foods and beverages. This can lead to many health issues. Some people argue that authorities must make these products less accessible by increasing their prices. I strongly agree with this idea on one condition that governments are able to replace them with healthier alternatives.

Nowadays teenagers are becoming more independent and have the tendency to outgrow and strive to flourish. Recent years have shown a significant debate over whether youngsters shall study abroad, I strongly agree with this view, because they will become more independent and will help them in future with any working conditions.

This essay will discuss both viewpoints and reveal my orientation towards this statement.

Historical buildings and ancient districts are usually kept in cities to maintain cultural legacy and attract tourism. In my opinion, historical buildings can remaind people of their identity and it can add to the city"s beauty: nevertheless, I think they should not be conserved because they can cause some issues.

In recent years, society investigators have found an interesting fact: although science is treated as the one of the most important subjects and the whole world consider it significantly, many countries are still concerned about the lower-than-expected level of science students. This strange phenomenon attracts plenty of critical ideas about the causes and the effects to the society.

Town and citiy arrangement is tend to be more and more complicated, since the use of an area is getting various. To some reasons, the government choose to put some large squares or parks, which attracts many arguements about the importance and the nessecity of setting up such places. I absolutely agree that it is very meaningful to include those public use space in city or town planning.

The benefits of playing computer games are increasing the problem-solving and decision-making skills of young people. The drawbacks of playing computer games are young people become addicted to them and it hinders their concentration in their studies.

There are people believe that they can fulfill their societal obligation by only paying taxes. Meanwhile, others claim that citizens should be accounted for more duties in society. In my opinion, I firmly believe that the duty of citizens is beyond taxes and there are furthermore to do.

There are some who believe that usage of animals for human targets is not appropriate and should be banned, I completely disagree with them because experiments on animals may maintain human health and prevent many diseases as wel as prolonge lives.

Some people contend that having a tidy environment and placing everything in their supposed position is important in both home and workplace. Although the convenience of displacing items seem appealing, I gravitate toward cleanliness as it is proved to be more beneficial in the long term.

Parents nowadays are inclined to choose having less children than those generations above them, like their parents, grandparents, or great grandparents. Whereas those of older generations usually have more than four children, parents in this modern era generally limit their kids to only two.

1.Nowadays, international tourism is the biggest industry in the world. Some people say that international tourism creates tension rather than understanding between people from different cultures. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Travelling abroad has been the most significant industry. Although the reason for visiting other domains is communicating people who are from various cultural backround, according to many, it leads conflicts. I totally disagree with this view because tours to different countries both enhances the economy of the country visited and provides effective advertisement.
