In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

Nowadays, many companies try to influence their consumers by advertising. I completely agree with the statement due to company finances and how they lose their customers. I will express my points in this essay.

The values that we learn from our parents and family have a greater influence on our future success than any knowledge and skills we learn at school. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

These days, people think that future success is the function of families' values, neither knowledge nor skills that schools teach. I do not subscribe to this idea owing to the fact that the population who is really good but does not have an academic diploma cannot find nice job opportunities and live, but when people have family values, they are good humans who help other people .

In many places, new homes are needed l, but the place available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this

Housing requirement is among the basic requirements of humans . However , due to population expansion, there is a limited space available to build these homes in cities. And , the only place where these homes could be built is in the countryside. Some sociologists argue that it is the vital to protect the countryside and one should not build new homes in rural areas. In my opinion, I think rural areas need to be equally developed like cities and one should consider building homes in the countryside.

Many countries spend large amounts of money on world sporting events such as the Olympic Games and football World Cup. Instead these monies can be spent on encouraging young children to take up sports at a young age. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is a contentious issue whether huge international sports events are a good investment or an unnecessary spending. Some people believe it is better to use this budget to organize activities for kids. In this essay, I will elaborate on this subject and give my point of view on this situation.

More and more people in the city live in homes with small spaces or no outdoor areas. Do you think it is a negative or positive development？

It is notable that there is a trend of growing populations living in accomodations with less spacious spaces or even without outdoor areas. However, while some people could get benefits from it, I believe that it is a negative development in regard of residing in smaller places.

Some people think certain prisoners should be made to do unpaid community work instead of being put behind the bar. To what extent do you agree?

While it is a commonly held belief that prisoners must remain in jail, there is also an argument that prisoners should participate in community work for free. I strongly agree with this idea, because it allows them to enroll in the community and decrease the percentage of crimes after they released.

Financial education should be included as a mandatory subject in schools to prepare students for managing money effectively. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that financial topics and courses should be prioritized over students' learning as well as other mandatory subjects at schools to help students prepare for managing financial issues in the future. I strongly agree and believe that the government should try to implement the policy to teach financial subjects and skills at schools.

Aircraft have been increasingly used to transport fruits and vegetables to some countries where such plants hardly grow or are out of season. Some people consider it a good idea, but some people oppose it. Discuss in both views and give your opinion.

There are varying views among individuals about the increasing transportation of fresh plant-based products; whether these goods should be carried by planes or not. Even though making air traffic busier contributes to air pollution, from my perspective, accessing such nutritions is of paramount importance to people.

Nowadays, there are an increasing numbers of people own different kinds of electronic devices, which makes it easier for them to work from home. I believe this form of working style has more pros than cons to both employers and employees, given the flexibility in cost saving and task allocation respectively. Below will elaborate the reasons.

Some working parents think that childcare centres provide the best care for children who are still too young to go to school. Other working parents think that family members such as grandparents will be better carers for their children. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays most parents leave their children in the childcare centre their preschool age, due to their busy timetable at work, and think that they can give them the best education and important skills. However, kids are getting the feel of attention and love when they are under the supervision of their blood relatives.

Companies currently emphasize that their goods should be modern in certain methods in their advertising. I think the key factor driving the statement is advanced technology, and it results in an isolation for the people over 60 years old.

It is believed by significant number of humans that the main role of studying is reaching personal wishes or whether to be an advantageous person for people in society. In this essay, I gave some shreds of evidence with examples.

It is often assumed by some people that park authorities should not charge entrance fees. Although some people might agree with the statement, I completely disagree. Not only because money generated by these facilities could be used for maintenance and staff salaries but also because this revenue could be used for improving facilities in parks.

Some people believe that particular criminals should be punish with societal jobs that do not pay them rather than putting them behind the bars. In my point of view, I totally agree with the statement, as this recommendation will enhance people's behavior and help the country in terms of both cleanliness and finances.

Every human develops different habits in life, and due to this, few individuals try to vary their meal plan while others hate this kind of change. In this essay, I will elaborate on both the aspects of this matter.

There is no denying the fact that some parents are baying for their children a large number of toys to play with. While it is a commonly held belief that there are advantages to buying a lot of toys for your children, there is also an argument that are disadvantages for the kid having a large number of toys. This essay will analyse this topic from both points of view and express my opinion. On the one hand, a large number of toys will make children's minds more active. In other words, they will play and create a small world in their minds. In addition, more toys will make them using mobile phones less than others. For example, if they have toys they will not be playing on the phone. On the other hand, there are many disadvantages like having a lot of toys makes them cannot realise the value.it is also possible to say that, maybe they will not take care of their toys because they have a large figure of toys and if some of them break kids are not being sad. It is argued that currently governments are focusing their investment toward public transportation instead of adding new roads. While it may be more useful, we also need to consider that it may not be able to solved the traffic jam problems soon. Nevertheless, I support the idea to develop mass transport.

Many people spend the whole day at a computer and don’t have much time for exercise. What problem does this lifestyle lead to? How can these problems be avoided?? Give reason for you answer and include any relevant example from your own knowledge and experience.

A lot of individuals are busy with their PCs, and do not have opportunity to workout. Such sedentary lifestyle culminates in isolation and health issues. However, from my perspective, not having time for moving is just an excuse. I wholeharedly believe that everyone can create at least one hour to walk or exercise.

It is universally acknowledged that ancient objects are unique and exclusive and illustrate history and ancient culture .In this regard they are protectively retained in highly advanced museums. Recently, maintaining them in another region has sparked controversy regarding whether historical objects should be returned to their original place. Hence, this essay will discuss my negative orientation towards this statement along with supportive reasons.
