In recent years, people are more often work harder and overtime, and sacrifies their quality time to their families and friends. In this essay, I will examine the root cause of the problems and the negative effect to their family life and societies.

It is universally acknowledged that money plays a crucial role in people prosperous. Presently, financial management is learned in community through experience after adolescent. In my opinion, cooperation is better than competition, since it comprises different individuals with various skills that makes achieving a goal in any sphere a lot easier.
