These days, some individuals reckon that people do not need to visit a foreign country to learn about their cultures since we have a variety of resources. However, some people argue that we have to visit different countries in person to experience their own cultures. I totally agree with the former opinion as we are able to use various kinds of sources easily and save our budget.
Over the past decades, the rate at which people especially the youth have migrated from their motherland is tremendous. There has been a significant rise in foreigners in the U.S.A, the UK and many more places than ever. While others argue that is beneficial, others opine is not necessary since there are more technologies developed to make access to information easy. In this essay, I will explore both views and give my opinion.
Nowadays, many people are aiming to buy their own house instead of living in a rented one. In this essay, I will mention a possible motive behind this action. Also, I will explain why it might be considered a negative situation.

It is true that economic growth is deepening the divide between the rich and the poor across the globe. While this may lead to rising crime rates in certain contexts, I believe that the problem can be tackled through progressive taxation.
English is known to be the universal language in the world therefore majority of the countries in the world speak English as their main language or even as their second language. In the country am living in, learning English is considered valuable. A The majority believe it's useful for their educational and career backgrounds to be used within the country or internationally. However, in opinion, I believe that learning English can be important the same as learning your mother tongue. This does not mean the local language should be disrespected. Any person living in their motherland should give first preference for their native language and then they can learn English as their second language in order to help them achieve their goals globally.
The age between 13-19 are the ages that the children tend to learn new things and have the enthusiasm to experience new things and go on adventures. So, there are people who tend to believe that teenagers should be given unpaid community work during their free time which can result in a flourished and developed community. I also agree on the above-mentioned statement that this can motivate teenagers to gain benefits for themselves and as well as for the community.
The amount of carbon dioxide and other particles in the atmosphere influence the temperature on earth surface. Carbon dioxide is one of the most contributed chemicals which stimulates higher temperature on earth surface. The curative and prevention actions should be committed to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide on the earth surface. It is still a big obstacle on how to decrease the amount of this chemical on earth surface. Many policies created to reduce the rate of carbon emission. Some expert groups said that we should give harsher punishment to offenders of the green policy. In contrast, I do think that giving harsher punishment or increasing fines to the companies who contribute a lot on carbon emission will not be an effective way. In order to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide, we should do more collective actions. This is not only the responsibility of governments, but all the components should work hand in hand to tackle this issue.
The fear of public speaking is so prevalent that more people scare of that than they are scared of death. Since many cannot speak fluently and coherently in public, it is argued that pupils shall get public presentation education from adolescent years. I agree with the notion, simply because of two main reasons. First, there are instances where a person unwantedly is needed to speak in front of a large audience, and second, this skill is best taught in younger ages.

"Academic knowledge" versus "experimental insight" is a hot topic in various aspect of life. While a group of people argue that a great teacher is formed by adequate learning and training, others think that the experience is the key. The building costs and decreased interest of galleries among society directly affect to the opening of future museums. Consequently, this essay will try to adress solutions to tackle with economical obstacles in terms of open a new museum.
