Around the world, rural people are moving to cities and urban areas, so populations in the countryside are decreasing. Is this a positive or negative development?

In recent years increasing number of the rural residents have decided to leave their living places and farms to join the people in big cities. This decision has brought a especial concern regarding a prompt decline in the population of the rural areas. From my personal point of view, this issue has more negative impacts than positive results, both for the villages and the cities.

There are a couple of fundamental characteristics which lead people to finding success in life which can be noted as responsibilty along with determination. However, success also requires a fair share of luck combined with some social networking.

It is prevalently witnessed that all individuals will select to talk the same global language in the future. From this apect, questions about whether this phenomenon is a positive and negative development are raised. In my opinion, choosing the same global language is optimal.

Some educational institution pupils live together with their parents while others live away from the house because their educational institutions are in a kind of place. There are a lot of advantages and disadvantages of both conditions.

How many children people are allowed to have should depend on the result of a mandatory IQ test. People with an IQ below 100 should be allowed to have only one child. Between 100-119, two children. For those with an IQ 0f 120 or over the government should pay the couple money for each child they have. This will help to make our country more intelligent by promoting the birth of the smartest generation of children.

Amounts of children that are permissible based on brilliance test outcomes with a determination an brilliance less than 100 only have one kid, about 100-119 have two kids and especially the couple with brilliance 120 or more, their kids should be given some money or subsidy by the government. In my opinion, I believe this program will improve the country's intelligence for the smart generation.
