Recruiting new employees can be a long and painful process. Some employers conduct interviews to select new workers. I disagree with the given statement, which says that interviews are not a reliable method, and other methods are better. I believe that interviewing is a reliable method, but there are many other methods which are equally good, and the choice is on the recruiters as to which method they find suitable for their needs.

Although some people reckon that some believe that obtaining a good profession is best achieved through completion of university education other criticizes it and concede that developing soft skills and gaining experience is more crucial. I will discuss both views in detail in forthcoming paragraphs.

Cultural and historical attractions have been the main reason for tourists to travel to different places to get new insights about other cultures. Consequently, many local residents take advantage of charging foreigners more than the local residents. However, many believe that this behaviour seems to be unfair. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this idea since it might bring prosperity to the communities.

Being exposed to things when you are still young offers a bigger scope for understanding. Learning especially new language has a major benefit for individuals. In my opinion, the immediate knowledge of children about foreign languages depends on the purpose. For example, learning English since it has been considered an international language for the purpose of studying abroad. Therefore, I disagree with the terms of learning just any language at an early age.
