In many places new homes are needed but the only space available for building them is in the country side. Some people believe that it is more important to protect the country side and not build home there. What is your opinion?

In this contemporary era, demands for accommodations are increasing in many places, especially in cities. While, numerous folks concur that a plenty of land spaces are available in the countryside, to fulfil the house requirements can construct homes in those places. Other people reject this notion due to a plethora of reasons. In my personal view, the latter statement appears to be more rational.

In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

In this era, ,usually merchant’s advertisements persist that their services or products are different from the past to some extent. There are several reasons why they do this. In this ,essay I will elaborate on my reasons and will mention its advantages and disadvantages.

Undoubtedly, Importing and exporting of goods from the other countries are a simple and important procedure over the last decades. In recent years, having children later has become a popular trend. There are several reasons for this phenomenon, and I believe that it has obvious disadvantages for every family and our community. There are two main reasons why more and more young people are refusing to have children when they are in the early stages of their careers. Firstly, instead of becoming parents at an early age, modern women are more likely to get higher education and want to move up the career ladder. If they get married and have a baby, it will be difficult for working mothers to divide their time to devote themselves to work and care for their offspring. Secondly, young childless families may have a strong sense of self-satisfaction. This leads to the fact that they prefer to enjoy life rather than raising children. Children are the backbone of every society; Therefore, training them has an essential role and authorities should consider it as the first step in cultural activities. Many countries believe that education is more important than other sections of culture; Hence, governments have to focus more on it. Others opine youth should do some outdoor activities such as sports and games along with their education. I strongly side with the second group. in this essay, I also explain how far I have belief in this opinion.

Education plays one of the main rolls in the lives of children. Hence, many parents prefer distance education which is educating learners at home. Nevertheless, although studying at home includes more benefits I support the opposite side which is studying at school because they will be disciplined and the can feel the atmosphere of real learning.

Many manufactured, food and drink products containing high levels of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar.

Food with high levels of carbohydrates should be charged more to stop the population from buying since they might lead to health issues. I reckon that this is a better approach to discourage the crowd from consuming too much sugar.

Science and technology have developed by leaps and bounds in the recent past. This development has given a chance to invent various opiate drugs and open up opportunities to distribute them in illegal ways. A section of society believes that if stimulants are sold through official drugstores, people will stop breaking laws. I am completely in favour of this statement and this essay will analyse both benefits and drawbacks of the given theory.

It is true, many people believe in traditional values that often seem incompatible with the needs of younger people. I am also convinced that an individual can earn a sizeable amount of information by asking and researching.

it is often argued that the actions of huge global companies are beneficial to countries with developing economies, while others believe that these companies have a negative effect. In my opinion, although multinational companies have some harmful impacts, I believe that they benefit the countries in which they do business.
