Although it is true that acquiring new knowledge seems to be less complex when we are little, it doesn't mean it is not possible to learn afterwards. In my opinion, the earlier a kid starts learning a foreign language, the better.

I agree with the second view to a greater extent but I m not denying the benefits of spending currency on the artists. In the upcoming paragraphs, I will discuss the topic in detail.
