In recent years the number of migrants has increased largely due to problems with the country caused by war and government. However, I firmly believe that this issue can be effectively addressed through two key strategies: rule and support for human rights. This essay will elucidate the underlying causes of this issue and propose practical solutions to tackle it.

Whether children should be heavily influenced by their parents when making friends and choosing life partners or be independent is debatable. Although there are valid arguments on both sides, I strongly believe youngsters better be allowed to choose these matters on their own since it can help them grow and become more reliable adults at work in the future.

There is a belief that academic knowledge should be prioritised in school in order for students to acquire good grades, and other activities like cooking or fashion should be eliminated from the curriculum. I Fully disagree with this opinion and believe that basic skills such as cooking and dressing are required in real-life challenges. Below i will further elaborate my opinion.

Most high level positions in companies are filled by men eventhough the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50%female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain % of these positions to women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, in many companies, men usually occupy high ranked positions despite the fact that the majority of employees in many developed countries are female. Moreover, any company should accept more women to alter the proportions of the workforce. I partly agree with these statements because there should be an equilibrium in women's and men's rights but employers should focus on professional skills rather than gender.

It is believed that extinction of flora and fauna is the main environmental problem in this decade. Also, some people believe that there are more serious problems. I absolutely agree with the second opinion.

Travelling and tourism have become popular across the globe, especially with generation Z. Many people advocate that government need to invest resources into tourism, while some believe investing in tourism has a bad influence on the indigenous population and if possible, it should be avoided. One cannot dispute the fact that well-invested tourist destinations will generate better revenue for the country, but it is also important to consider the negative impact of that, which i will discuss further below.

I partially agree with this notion, despite the fact that arts, singing and creative subjects are important however academic syllabus like science, maths are also essential for increasing their knowledge.

Nowadays, the results of improved health care are that people expect to live longer and their quality of life would be better. Although medications covered by medical care can reduce the number of diseases, I believe there are more drawbacks compared with the benefits because some medications can have side effects.
