The world of work is changing rapidly so that employees can no linger rely on kepping the same job, or even the same working conditions, for life. This essay will discuss the factors of these changes, and suggest some ways that people can do to prepare better for their future career paths.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of a cashless society.

Nowadays,due to the rapid development in technologies, innovations and modernization, Researchers and Research and Development departments of various organisations and Multi-National companies are finding new ways and techniques to ease the efforts of humans. In this essay, both merits and demerits of a cashless society will be discussed before my opinion is reached.

It is generally accepted that exercise is good for children and teenagers. Therefore, physical education should be compulsory for all students in all schools. What do you think?

There is a worldwide acceptance that physical activities are good for young generations so it must be compulsory for every pupil in all institutions.I concord with this view because it prevents diseases and it leads to a career path.This essay will explain in detail the reasons for my stance as well as examples in the subsequent paragraphs.

Cigarette is not only harmful to the people who consume them, but also to those around the consumers who smoke should be banned in public facilities. I totally agree with this statement because of some aspects.

Shared rides have been becoming popular nowadays, especially among those who often take public transport. But this trend has been growing even on the people having their own vehicles. This essay will present both benefits and drawbacks of preferring shared transport schemes and reach to a conclusive opinion.

Some people think that hosting an international sporting event is beneficial for a country, while others disagree. Do the advantages of hosting a major sporting event outweigh the disadvantages?

Some individuals are of the opinion that hosting multinational sport tournament is advantageous for the host Nation. Although some people disagree with this view. Personally, I think it has a great benefits because it increases the economic growth of the State and infrastructural development,but not without a drawback.

Some children receive almost no encouragement from their parents regarding their performance at school while other children receive too much pressure from their over enthusiastic parents which can have a negative impact on the child. Why do you think some parents put too much pressure on their children to perform well at school? What do you think the role of a parent should be in their child education Wrrit at least 250 words.

Many youngsters receive no words of encouragement from their parents concerning their conduct at school, whereas other children receive too much pressure from their enthusiastic parents which most times result to bad effect on the child. The reason why parents force children to perform well in schools and their roles in their child education will be discussed in this essay.

In our modern society, the development of economy and civilization cannot lack the contribution of arts because it brings a multitude of advantages to serve everyone. Some people believe that the government should invest money in other zones but from my point of view, the arts play an important in helping to develop the economy and civilization.

The changes in the work style are accelerating and nowadays people are not solely dependent on the single job or the situations of the work. There are several reasons for this trend, such as technological advancement and inflation. However,there are approaches to deal with it which are skill improvement and hunting new jobs at a time. In the following essay I will shed light on it.

In some countries the average worker is obliged to retire at the age of 50, while in others people can work until they are 65 or 79. Until what age do you think people should be encouraged to remain in paid employment?

In this cutting-edge era, it is observed that the retirement age is a very crucial and a widespread topic. On the one hand, in some ,nation there is a mandatory working age limit.On the other hand, in a few ,realms the citizens are allowed to serve their motherland till 65 to 70. As per my point of view, there should be certainly an age barrier for the people but on the higher side.I will elaborate on my thinking process in the paragraphs below:

These days, as people live a fast-paced life, more people tend to order takeouts from restaurants. Apparently, this is a faster and easier way to have delicious food than cooking at home. There are different opinions on both sides, however, for people who live alone like me, purchasing food is a more efficient way than cooking at home.

Animal are in danger of extinction. Some people say that we should protect only those animals which are useful to humans. Do you agree or disagree with this.

Due to the rapid eradication of wildlife species, few individuals believe that protection could be extended towards only those who are useful to humans. I disagree with the statement. All have their own importance and this essay will further discuss my views on this notion in the following paragraphs.

Children are frequently encouraged to that they succeed at whatever they do if try enough in some cultures.These practice, maybe beneficially as it helps build resilience amongst young ones at the same time detrimental as in puts pressure on the young ones .

Due to big changes happening in the world, the amount of procreation is going down, while the healthcare system is improving day-to-day. This phenomenon leads to the ageing of the society and might have a negative impact. I definitely agree with this idea and this essay will discuss the arguments that support my point of view.

Many nations are now encountering the critical issue of the growing number of populations. In my opinion, I strongly agree that this is the most critical issue that the human worldwide is currently facing. In this essay, I will explain the cause of this issue and my standpoint on this issue.

According to published financial fillings, advertising is one of the most attractive fields that annual revenue is more than 200 billion dollars all over the world. We are facing a huge amount of advertisements every day, persuading us to buy things. Should we accept them? Some people say it is common and may even mislead us. This essay will discuss both thoughts and in my opinion, advertisement is one of the marvelous ways to encourage shopping.

Some people think lawbreakers should be sent to prison, while others think that alternatives to prison are more suitable, especially for minor offences. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Anyone who breaks the law should be punished. Some people consider lawbreakers must serve their time in prison, while others maintain that alternatives measures are more suitable for those who commited minor offences. Personally, I think that the punishment should be dependent on the crime. Murders or who commited robbery should face life sentence. Teenagers with juvenile deliquency can do community service instead of going to prison.

We live in an age where the development of technology has altered nearly all aspects of our life, including entertainment. Consequently, this trend also creates a heated debate regarding whether it is negative for children to watch TV or watching TV is actually advantageous for them. The aim of this paragraph is to explore both views and explain as to why I support the later one.

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the amount of people turning to cosmetic surgery. This phenomenon is caused by various reasons and it has stirred up many heated arguments on whether cosmetic surgery is a positive or negative trend. Personally, I see myself in more favor of the former.

Many think that all decisions within a company should be made by managers whereas others feel it is better to include employees in the process. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

It is often argued that the accord within an organisation should be taken only by high-level authority while in ,contrast it is better to add personnel to this process.In ,this we will discuss both these views and at least give my own perception.
