In general, public are more favourite in buying a mansion out of economical considerations. Including the population who bought the residence for their own use or investment. For instance, people may find it is more beneficial for them to buy a dwelling rather than renting one because the month’s mortgage or the rent can be approximately the same. Furthermore, the amount of effort or time of renovation and decoration should also be counted into the cost of owning or renting a living place. Other than that, some people intend to make a profit by investing their money into the housing business, especially in some world-class cities where the house price rockets up rapidly, such as New York, London and Shanghai. Whereas, this may lead to a problem that more and more young people are not able to afford to buy a house in those cities.
Certain parts of the society tend to thinks that, some dangerous activities in computer games may have disadvantage on children behavior and attitudes . But, others not agree with them. Computer games can create children attitudes towards others In a bad way while , they may try to win their demand on any price . Hence, I agree with the statement of violence computer games may has a damaging effect on young generation.
An increase in popularity of new media has become a cause for concern for many people that it might have an adverse effect on the traditional media such as newspapers and books to be disappeared in the future because they will be offered for free reading. However, in my opinion, I completely disagree with this argument.
I worked for Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk as an Internal Auditor after graduation. Many aspects in manufacturing business cycles have been audited, such as compliance and process. This job has sharpened my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills since I have to ensure if there is still room for improvement. One of my biggest contributions to the company was when I saw a significant rise in the overtime pay in the financial statement. Then, I observed and found that the amount calculated by payroll officers was bigger compared to the government regulation in Indonesia. As a result, the company’s growth shown in the financial statement looked smaller than it should be. After that, I decided to give a comprehensive recommendation so that efficiency can be achieved, and profits in the financial statement reflect the actual situation.
Enjoying music when working is accepted by many countries. This idea is totally accurate because they bring many advantages for employees. Workers can improve their work productivity. Immersing themselves in music helps employees become more creative people. Also, music is a good means to relieve stress in extreme environments.
In many nations across the globe, individuals who earn more must pay more in form of income tax. While there may be benefits of paying high-income tax for both individuals and a country, there are some downsides to it as well.
