It is believed by some populaces that learning about theory, past events, and languages is not able to bring any benefits to educational institutions students. However, in my opinion, I completely disagree with this argument.
As a positive trend for recent years, online learning provides fantastic options for the learners by removing the distances and borders between countries and continents and making it easy for distant people to participate in courses. In my point of view, despite the mentioned pros, they haven’t taken over the lecture halls completely due to some reasons.
These days, it is increasingly common that more and more people decide to go abroad for a better lifestyles and workplace environment. This tendency is given rise to by several reasons and I believe this brings more harm than good to people.
Every people purchase the items which they see more often. Some people think that the advertising of products has an adverse effects on our lives. In this essay, we will discuss how the positive effects are covering up the negative effects.
Some people believe that the existence of printed newspapers or books will out of the market in the future due to the accessibility of online reading materials without spending any money on it. However, I strongly disagree with the statement due to the different skills of automation usage between old and young generations as well as person's desire in reading.
Presently,the problem of living space has risen into prominance in many places of the country.there is absolutely no way to build new houses in some cities, and a lot of people suggest to carry out construction in the countryside. however, it is a controversial topic introducing heavy debates.

Many socialists think that to endeavour in a pleasant environment the universities study has played a crucial part while instead of this some people believe that professional skills and background are more important. I personally believe that tertiary learning is an essential ingredient to get a fine job whereas soft skills and knowledge are more useful to get promotions and bonuses.

On the contrary, today, most people opt for shortcut routes to become celebrities irrespective of possessing talents and accomplishments. Hence, from my perspective, I opine that to achieve celebrity status nowadays, no special skills are required and this position should not be related to these skills. The incredible skills of sewing, knitting and altering the apparels in the household, in the past have been abandoned in this present era. There are a plethora of reasons for this change. In the phase of adopting new technologies, my country 'India' is also ahead in accepting new methods over past skills of stitching clothes. Despite the mentioned advantages, I reckon that they will not completely eliminate the hardcopies due to some reasons which I am going to explain.
There are more open-space rooms in comparison with separate rooms at offices nowadays. In my opinion, there are more disadvantages than advantages. Though the positive side is that there might be better communication between employees, I believe that you have no privacy and that you can not concentrate in these open-space rooms.
It is advisable that everybody should donate a fixed amount of their income to charity. This idea seems to me to be a social duty, and it is also desirable to encourage most people to pursue this.
