This essay will elaborate on both angles of the dispute before coming to a reasoned conclusion.

In the 21 century children grow up with computers, cellphones and many other technological objects. This evolution has an impact on the way children spend their time. Most of them enjoy playing video games, boys in particular. Is it positive or negative for their development? It depends on how and for how long children use it.

Nowadays, it is commonly believed that offenders ought to be utilized in community services instead of they are sentenced the imprisonment. In my own perspective, this phenomenon may be used by top-tier government municipalities because they reintegrate these people back into society. However, this implementation may pose a threat for life of society because of repeated criminals.

Some believe in educating young people while others argue that policy makers should invest more in teaching adults who are unable to read and write. Even though it is necessary for adult population to be literate, I do not believe that spending more to educate them is a good move.

Hunger is the one the most significant issues all around the world. However, agriculture efficiency has increased due to recent enhancements. Although there is a great development in agricultural methods and device, some people are experiencing food deficiency. In this essay I will discuss the causes of this problem, such as climate change, and high cost of agricultural machines. Also, probable solutions including preserving environment and producing economic machines will be discussed.

Therefore, there is an argument whether the benefits outweigh the disadvantages which will be discussed in the following essay.

This proposed change merits serious consideration.

In a functioning democracy, Law enforcement officers play a vital role.It has been suggested by a few people police-officer should maintain law without using of any kind violence-inducing armoury.I disagree with people who believe law enforcers should not be armed , Furthermore It is of utmost importance for a police officer to have arms if required during an emergency ,however there should be an account of the usage of any arm, and punishment if used illegally.

Some believe that keeping competitive is the responsibility of an individual. From my perspective, I will argue that it is a duty of businesses to train their employees.
