Violence has been an integral part of human history. If studied in detail, our history reflects the predilection that humans have toward violence. Despite there being laws and preachings about non-violenceviolence, we still see a plethora of violent activities around us. To curb them, governments and law agencies enforce certain punishments. One of the most prominent punishments is capital punishment. Statement presented here implies that without capital punishment, crimes of violence will increase. But I tend to disagree with that opinion.
