Some people believe that children should be banned from using their phones during the school day. Others believe that children should be allowed to use their phones.

Needless to say, cell phones are not only used for communication, but they are also used as entertaining and learning tools. We carry our cell phone everywhere and it gives us a sense of safety. However, in some schools around the world, cell phone use is banned or limited. In my opinion, this is a positive development because, it improves learning and social skills.

Some people believe that teenagers should be required to do unpaid community work in their free time. This can benefit teenagers and the community as well.

Quite a few Individuals consider that youngsters require to do neighborhood job with no pay in their extra time. This can help youngsters and community to reap benefits, however many teens wouldn't volunteer to do neighborhood services, due to not earning pay, as compared to other jobs. In my ,opinion students should be paid for community work.

Some companies compain that their new stuff has no interpersonal abilities, such as abilities to work in a team. The main cause of this is the fact that in schools and universities graduates are often educated how to be competitve, not cooperative and the most viable solution is to organise corporate team buildings.
