There is increasing debate on whether longer duration of work is truly beneficial. While some believe that this model should continue on as it has shown to benefit a country's economic status, others, along with myself, diasgree with this sentiment as it can have negative effects on the physical and mental wellbeing of those in the workforce.

In the past, residents lived their whole lives in the same city while people tend to migrate to different cities several times. I believe that relates to the revolution on transportation and career development and people can benefit from these changes.

Some individuals argue that young employees can achieve more benefits for the company, however, others think that old workers able to realize the nature of the job more than newer which helps to achieve successful company better.
