Some university students want to learn about other subjects in addition to their main subjects. Others believe it is more important to give all their time and attention to studying for a qualification. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion

Some students prefer to spend a significant part of their time to gain knowledge from additional areas. On the other hand, some of them focus and prioritize the time resources on the main fields, which are related to their curriculum. In my opinion, the first phenomenon requires considerable risks and time spent among the students. I’d prefer to follow the second statement because it can help students to improve their knowledge, and achieve success in their degree.

Some people believe that violence on television and in computer games has a damaging effect on the society. Others deny that these factors have any significant influence on people's behaviour. What is your opinion?

Behavioural changes regarding watching videos with content violence and playing computer games is getting a big concern among some people ,because,dangerous actions have been seen after these programs ,however, opponents have been claimed these effects are too small or these are not a real source of behavioural changes ,however, I agree with the first idea that violence contents on media have been affected on human mood and behaviour ,so , I will explain more.

Many cities are now turning parks and farmland into new housing developments. Is this a positive or negative development?

Cities these days tend to prioritize offering more housing to people and these developments often come at the expense of farmlands and parks. While this trend brings some positives, it is an undesirable turn of events overall.

In the modern world, many people are concerned about discovering the background of their residence. This essay will analyze the reason for this interest as well as the ways that people can look for the previous stories of that place.

It is argued that lessons on public speaking and preparing visual aids should be included in academic programmes at school. In addition to this, I am of the opinion that skills such as foreign language or computer coding plays an equally important role for the same reason and hence should be added to their routine lessons.

There is no denying the fact that taking risks in our lives plays a crucial role in success. This essay will analyze this topic from both points of view and present my opinion.

For several people, possessing a house might be more essential than paying one to hire in a few nations. It is argued that by having our own house is much more saving money than spending some cash monthly to pay the rent. In my opinion, this is a positive development since owning a house is scarcely achieved by many people, especially millennials.

Additionally, they provide a platform for countries to showcase their national pride and celebrate cultural diversity.

This essay discusses that the internet agrees that the internet can hinder the progress of social growth of those citizens and also elaborates how it can be avoided.
