Some people prefer to be self-employed, whereas others like working for companies or institutions. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both approaches. Which do you think is a better approach?

Working is a part of the every-day adult life: some work for big companies and institutions, while others have the possibility to be self-employed. Evidently, both types of employment have its benefits and its drawbacks, which I am going to examine in the following paragraphs. From personal experience though, I believe working with others holds more positives.

Many people use distance-learning programs to study at home, but some people think that it cannot bring benefits as much as attending college or university. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Distance-learning programs is truly a breakthrough for the academic life. Not having to be physically present at one place helps people from different places to learn together. This makes it more accessible and affordable at some cases because there's no commuting or relocating involved. Not only that, distance learning is also flexible. Students can learn at their own pace and schedule. This is helpful because some students progressed slower than the rest. Lastly, students can learn some courses that may not be available in their area.

in many countries today, people in cities either live alone or in small family units, rather than in large, extended family groups. Is this a positive or a negative trend?

These days, individuals who live in cities prefer to live alone or build a small family. In my opinion, this trend is more negative than positive as such individuals have to deal with some difficulties in their lives.

A section of the society holds the belief that content telecasted by various channels offer no actual benefits for the younger audience. In my conviction, adult content on TV may have negetive physiological effect on children , whereas, by watching educational programmes, they can gain knowledge. Therefore, I wish to partially agree with the captioned statement.

In some cultures, children are often told that they can acheive anything if they try hard enough. What are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this message?

In general, adults encourage children to pursue their dream emphasizing the importance of effort to succeed. However, this encouragement has its both sides, positive or negative. This essay will examine the pros and cons of telling children that trying hard can secure a success and my opinion before a conclusion.

Some people believe that one of the prominent benefit of being affluent is that one can think of other people's well-being. Large figures of colleges students tend to remain with their parents while studying others had to move out in order to stay closer to their colleges this has cons like personal growth as well as some pons like financial challenges than many would have to face.

Taking risk is an essential part in people’s lives, both personally and professionally. As all the other things in this world, taking risk has its own positive and negative outcomes to it. Nevertheless, I think the positive effects that it brings, such as building resilience and creating more opportunities, will always outweigh the main adverse outcome of having feeling of uncertainty.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is no doubt that provery has increased around the globe. Developed contries are financially supporting to poor contries, arguably, which is not sufficient to tackle this issue. a faction of people holds the notion that rich nations should extend their support other than finance sector. I strongly agree this view as there are ample resons to sbustantiate it.

Many people are asking themselves if it is better to live in a city or in the countryside. There are many good things about living in the countryside. For example the stillness or living more in nature. The city life is much louder. But also everything you need is nearby, for example groceries shops. I disagree, I am of the opinion that living in the city is better than living in the countryside.

Every year several languages die out. Some people think that this is not important because life will be easier if there are fewer languages in the work. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

Compared to the past, language is constantly losing its diversity. Except for common languages such as English, Chinese, or Spanish, unique languages are disappearing. It can be thought that standardization of language provides simpler working condition. However, I strongly disagree that loss of languages is beneficial. First, it will result in cultural disappearance, and people using common languages will be dominant over people who do not use common languages.

Since a couple of years ago, many debates around categorizing students based on their academic abilities have been sparked. Some argue smart students and those who have great marks must not educate with others including ordinary ones. However, others including me concur that putting students with different abilities could have numerous benefits.

There is an increasing number of talented people and how they give amazing contribution. It is often argued that any sports figure create a good fame for the youngster to develop their future career, whilst the others don’t think so. In my opinion, this is a positive trend which can propose influence to the young age and potentially mitigate negativity among them.

Nowadays, it is true that people who prefer international travel are increasing because of its low-cost prices and more tourists are choosing to go abroad for a trip. I support the assertion that the advantages of travelling in foreign countries are by far outweigh its disadvantages.

Many people find it difficult to give speech or presentation in public. Some people suggest that schools should teach children to speak in public. How is it important to speak in public? Do youagree or disagree that school should teach at school.

Public speaking is a skill many may look down in primary education, but suddenly realize is very important for the upcoming future. In my opinion, it is very important that children are taught to speak in public from a young age. I will explain the reasons behind it in this essay.

Higher education offers prestigious degrees that would increase the chances of obtaining better compensation. It affords one to get promoted easily or secure a job with great salaries and benefits and it's also a great testament to one's competence. Due to this, proponents state that it should be free and accessible to all regardless of one's economic status. In my view, I disagree with it being free due to a number of reasons.

Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

A large number of employees are suffering from several health diseases, according to their lack of physical activities during business days and in their pastime. This essay will look at the causes, before turning to practical solutions. I personally believe that they should been encouraged to do more exercise and observe the impact on their wellbeing.
