Some countries are facing a widespread phenomenon affecting middle-aged people. It seems quite difficult for them to find a nice stable job, even if they come with experience. Today's employment regulations favor junior workers, leaving the older ones with way less opportunities. Another reson behind this situation is that senior individuals have close to no opportunities for retraining and upskilling.

Friendships that take place online are not as meaningful as those where people meet each other face to face. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In contemporary societies, the ways being used to visit friends have been changed. Physical relationships have been substituted by online ones. Some argue that this kind of friendship is not valuable. I completely agree with this perspective, and I will elaborate on the reasons behind my viewpoint.

I believe older people can advantage society by sharing their experiences and creating more employment opportunities for others, whereas spending a significant amount of money on their health and wellbeing can disadvantage the government.
