Nowadays, the majority of the people believe that growing plants in open spaces in towns is more vital than contructing houses. In my opinion, this essay will strongly believe that planting trees is more crucial because it enable the town to be less polluted.

Some children spend hours every day on their smartphones. Why is this case? Do you think is a positive or negative develompent?

In the modern world, many youngsters spend a lot of time on their gadgets daily. In fact, it is not only due to the development of information technology but also to the introduction of video games, social networks and other applications for entertainment. In my opinion, though this tendency can benefit children, it has much more negative aspects. For example, smartphones are harmful to a person’s health. Moreover, electronic devices can be dangerous for psycho of their owners and other people.

There are enoroums number of researchers studying the possibility of finding life outside of earth. People have been divided into two sections; one can't wait to hear the news that they can finally live on other planets, and the other finds it a not very good idea. This essay disagrees with the idea of living anywhere but on earth.

Career management is accepted as a key to being successful in business. While some people believe that staying at a company during their whole career may bring some benefits, like working at a familiar atmosphere, and also spending less time for getting use to new companys’ rules, I personally disagree with this idea, and advocate as long as people being employed at the same workplaces, their creativity may be distruped, and they may earn less money compared to people, who tend to change their job.

Luck plays a role in everyone’s lives and their road to success. While some people rely on luck and believe that it is an essential factor to success, others argue that hard work and personal effort matters more. Even though luck can play a minor impact, effort is more pivotal to an individual’s success because it is under their control and hard work is necessary to seize the opportunity created by luck.

In recent decades, more and more individuals decide to delay their parenthood. Statistics show that the average age for parenthood rose to 30, nine years older than it was in 1970. The major reasons behind this trend are the increasing living costs, social changes, and personal hobbies. Even though a child later in life can lead to increased health risk for the woman and the baby, older parents are more financially stable and emotionally prepared which allows their children to properly grow physically and mentally.

In many countries, people are now living longer than ever before. Some people say an aging population creates problems for governments. Other people think there are benefits if society has more elderly people. To what extent do the advantages of having an aging population outweigh the disadvantages? In this day and age, Most language has already become disappeared and remainder have likelihood of becoming extinct. It is argued that several languages become endangered each year and numerous individuals align with the view that multitudinous languages are no longer crucial and their lifework would be less complex with a limited languages.I completely disagree with this concept and will discuss this in detail in the subsequent paragraph.

Learning a foreign language has been accepted / acknowleged/ received/ welcomed /embraced/ adopted as key to raising well-rounded children, and several educational systems have been adding subjects related to new language in elementary schools in recent years. While this pattern has some disadvantages like a risk of disturbing kids’ attention, and being overwhelmed it is clear that advantages like being more familiar with a foreign language offer people better pronounce and deeper understanDing about different customs.

In the present day, the majority of people purchase products from mall centres,because it is comfortable to buy all the stuff in one place.It has a negative effect on local shops, however, building shop centres contributes to economic development.

The two pictures demonstrate the changes, wich have taken place in Shipsmouth between 1995 and 2010. Overall, it appears that there had been a significant modernization, with new infrastructures and amenities.

Nowadays, the population in the countryside is dropping due to the increase of migration to cities. In my point of view, this trend is negative because of the overpopulation problems in cities and fewer population in the rural areas.

Gender equality in fields like military and police that have more male population than female is a topic that has been progressed and debated worldwide. Some believe that women should be equally represented in these work spaces, while some believe that men are more physically suited than women and should be featured more. In my opinion, women should play an equal role as men in military and police forces, because women are now represented with more opportunities than in the past, and both genders should be equally accepted and treated the same.

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is positive or negative situation?

Buying a house instead of renting one is more vital for people in some countries. People do not want to rent a living place because they do not want to pay rent longer period nor they do not need to move any time when their landlord requests them to leave the house. I strongly believe that, it is a positive notion.
