Some people think that parents should teach children how to be good members how to be good members of society. Others, however believe that school is the place to learn this.

It is sometimes state that parents is in charge to teach children to be good members of society. Meanwhile, the alternative view is that school have the responsibility to do this. Personally, I agree with the former argument because children will be surrounding by family first to create their personality.

People have different views about how to reduce traffic accidents, some of them believe that giving a punishment is a good way, but other say that we can combine several ways to promote the safety driving. I certainly agree to use the combination of several ways to make our roads safer.

There are several factors that motivate people to stay in the workforce, and money is the most important factor. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There are various reasons why people may want to remain in paid work. While I accept that money is an important factor for some, I believe that others remain in the workforce for other reasons On the one hand, there are some reasons why money is one of the motivations for people to remain in the workforce. One reason is that some simply wish to have an acceptable standard of living, and they need this living wage to support themselves or their families. Thus, even if their salary is low, they could not survive without it. Another reason is that others want to pursue a successful career in order to earn a high salary. For example, employers may offer a pay rise to an ambitious employee who is able to achieve a company sales target. Therefore, money is a major factor in inducing both modest people as well as high-flyers to stay in work. In the past few years, more parents are willing to give their children the oppurtunity of making their decisions by themseleves, something that may assist them feel more confident. In my opininin, this is a good educational way and that would improve one's potential, I will elaborate my perspective in the coming few paragraphs.
