While many consider this a "harmless relaxation", it poses immense negative effects on society such as, increasing hate crimes and violence. Personally, I stand against the idea of promoting these activities and generalizing them for everyone. This essay will discuss both sides of the argument with further examples.

I am also convinced that the individuals can ask questions about their old neighbours or their house sellers. Moreover, they can do research about them on the Internet and social media.
