In this essay, I shall discuss both views from which my opinion about this matter shall be formed.

There is no denying the fact that recycling habits are crucially important to protect our planet. While it is a commonly held belief that applying laws could increase recycling rates. There is also an argument that opposes it. In my opinion, I consider that legal requirements should be compulsory.
