District Nurse Service at the Greenville Community Centre 88 Highton Road Greenville 16 July 2017 Re: Margaret Helen Martin DOB: 25 July 1935 Dear Nurse in charge, I am writing regarding Ms Martin's case, she was admitted to our facility due to Angina followed by Angioplasty procedure. She is now ready to be discharged and will require pos operative care management and support. Firstly, Ms Martin was assessed by the cardiology team and underwent a surgery procedure. Dispite her medical history of several conditions related to heart disease, the surgery went as expected. During the nursing management care, she was able to recover well post operative, tolerating intakes. Futhermore, she has bruises on the catheter site, it is clear from signs of infection. Moreover, Ms Martin expressed a bit uneasy about returning home, which highlight the question on wheather she will be able to cope with the recovery process at home. Decision-making is vital for human beings because the distinctive between humans and animals is the capability of making decisions. People have different opinions about the reason we should learn a foreign language. Some would say that the only reason to do so is travelling or working in another country, but it is also argued that there are more reasons for people to try to learn different languages. In my opinion, although emigration and vocations are strong motivators for a person to learn to speak in other languages, the reasons are not limited to that.

Many people have strong opinions about whether a law requirement is beneficial to recycle more residents’ waste.
