The best solution to limit transport problems is to influence the population from not shifting to towns. In my opinion, I believe that traffic issues can be solved by discouraging people to move from the suburbs to the cities. However, there are other effective options that can alleviate traffic congestion.

There is no doubt that it is taking personal unique skills into consideration is an important thing when the employee is in his new job. Personally, I hold the belief that being a different worker with unique things to show is the most affecting factor when they apply for a new job.
