Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender?

In recent years, gender disparities have been reduced in modern jobs. However, some people agreed that it is correct to exclude people from certain jobs based on their gender, but only in extremely limited circumstances. First, I start off by discussing how physical and biological differences between men and women make it difficult for them to succeed in their professions. Second, I contend in this essay that it is improper to exclude a particular gender from a specific profession.

There are controversial perspectives heating up a debate over the working places. While some claim that professionals should be required to work in the country where they did their training, the opposite makes a statement that those individuals should be free to work in another country if they wish. However, I am with the latter view. Both views, as well as my contention, will be further explained.
