Recently a lot of individuals opt to perform for themselves rather than get employed in a firm. I believe the change in this latest trend is influenced by many factors which have their own pros and cons. Self-employment seems to have its own advantages where a person is a sole proprietor of his employment and can use all the profit the way he wants. Also, he can perform according to his own comfort where he is not liable to answer anyone. On the other hand, there are some challenges attached to this trend. We cannot ignore the ton of uncertainty that comes with doing your own work and a huge lot of investment one has to put in to get started.

In my opinion, even though I see the points about why people seem to ignore their well-being life long benefits, I couldn’t agree more with the suggestion that everyone should actively take responsibility for their health.
