In recent years, there has been a vast increase in the number of students choosing to study abroad. This is partly because people are more affluent and partly due to the variety of grants and scholarships which are available for overseas students nowadays. Although foreign study is not something which every student would choose, in my view, it is certainly a very attractive option for many young people as the benefits from studying abroad are more substantial and long term.

Nowadays, digitalization and automation have changed public's behaviour, including the way of reading about something. However, there are some people who have an argument that reading newspapers or books for free is illegal. But, in my opinion, I strongly agree with the first statement, that everybody could get information from books or newspapers for free in the digitalization era. There are several reasons why the information could be obtained for free in the midst of increasing technology.

Demand for gas and oil is increasing and so finding new sources in remote and untouched areas is a necessity. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

The world is witnessing a massive increase in the demand for gas and oil, as more and more people are turning affluent, and are staying in energy-inefficient, expensive houses, and plying gas-guzzling personal vehicles. Hence, the energy companies are turning their eyes towards pristine sites that may harbour reserves of gas and oil. Mostly, these new sites are ecologically fragile areas, and any exploitation will wreak havoc in these places. So, should these places be explored for fuel reserves? I fear not- tampering with these areas will destroy the flora and fauna, and in the long run will extract a huge environmental cost from us.

Nevertheless, many people support the implementation of other measures weighs more efficiently. Although both views appear reasonable, I honestly believe balancing in both methods is the best solution to approach road safety schemes.
