In many parts of the world, there is a crucial communication gap between adolescents and aging generations. This disconnect often results in difficulties in understanding each other's perspectives, values, and communication styles. However, we can promote mutual respect, understanding, and effective communication across generations by finding ways to bridge this divide. In addition to resolving the immediate problem, doing so creates new chances for development and learning. I will explore the reasons behind the communication challenges between young people and older individuals and propose solutions to overcome these difficulties.
