In many parts of the world, there is a crucial communication gap between adolescents and aging generations. This disconnect often results in difficulties in understanding each other's perspectives, values, and communication styles. However, we can promote mutual respect, understanding, and effective communication across generations by finding ways to bridge this divide. In addition to resolving the immediate problem, doing so creates new chances for development and learning. I will explore the reasons behind the communication challenges between young people and older individuals and propose solutions to overcome these difficulties. In many countries people argue about the length of the working week and present the idea that the week should have fewer working days , however, this essay disagrees with the given statement because it is a too radical reform that can be harmful to the economy. Therefore, it is unnecessary for people who already have a regulated time for a weekend.

In this day and age, people hold a belief that managers should not pay attention to attire of their workers because it is important to focus on the productivity. While I accept that quality of work plays a crucial role, I also believe that fashion in office is an essential aspect when employers judge employees.

It is believed that the decreasing population in suburbs is impacted by many rural people who move to urban areas. In my view, this should be perceived as a negative trend because it may cause overpopulation and social inequality in big cities.

Some people believe that the happiest time of most people's lives is the adolescent years while others believe that despite greater responsibility, adulthood is happier. Although grown-ups are more flexible to use their money and time, I think that teenage years are the happiest time of people's lives because of the lack of responsibilities in teen years.

In this hyper-competitive revolutionary era, artistic movie production has been depending on the United States to source ideas. However, this has raised multiple worries as nationwide is trying to adapt to their content, disregarding the national culture and film traditions. Irrevocably, the government; mainly the Arts and Cultural Ministry has to avert the situation before it exacerbates, forming an ignorant and uncivilised society. Therefore, I strongly agree that it is the duty of the government to provide the necessary funding in order to curb this crux effective immediately.

In my opinion, I strongly encouraged this idea due to several reasons that increased the pros over the cons.
