People's concern regarding motivation in the workplace has been a topical discussion. Some people say that salary is the most wanted thing for employees, while others believe that fringe benefits can be the best option to motivate their performance. I will discuss both of them with some of the reasons why the latter is more motivational than the previous.
Many people often believe that international news should be taught as a part of academic courses for the pupils who study in secondary school, while some people argue that educating secondary school students on it does not make any sense. I consider that promoting the usage of bicycles has both pros and cons, but I believe that investing money to use bicycles has a more beneficial effect on society and individuals.

The advancement in technology is affecting the education sector in numerous ways. Now, lessons and classes are not restricted to traditional ways of using black board and chalk, but through laptops, tablets, and smart boards. This evolution has both pros and cons and I feel that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.
Nowadays, more and more manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar. Some people think sugary products can be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar because of health problems. But in my opinion, I think making sugary products more expensive would not make people consume less sugar.
