A group of individuals present the view that studying at university should be free of charge for all students, whereas others believe students should pay tuition fees. E-learning develops day by day, in which books are switched to e-books that can be read by students anywhere and face-to-face classes are switched to virtual classes. Even there are many schools operated only via online for people who have another business that makes them unable to attend in-person classes. However, some think that face-to-face lectures are more effective than virtual ones. I partly agree that courses cannot be taught in person.
