Many of the medical problems that people are experiencing in today’s world are due to the fact that we have a very sedentary lifestyle. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people believe that current medical problems and diseases are because of the lifestyle without any physical activities. While, others believe that it is due to other reasons. I entirely agree with this suggestion that our health problems are because of our immovable lifestyle. However, it is irrefutable that many more dangerous impact can also threat our health. In the following paragraphs, I intend to outline the arguments of both sides.

First of all, the lockdown aims to prevent the spread of the virus. Yet, it also caused several problems. Most developed countries experience economic problems because of this virus. The developing country can not implement full lockdown because most of the citizens have a daily wage, so if they can not go to work, they will not able to fulfil their daily needs.
