Interpersonal skills are of paramount importance for building relationships both personally and professionally.It is of greater value when running a business however businesses nowadays find that their new employees lack such basic skills. This essay will analyse various factors such as the role of education and the impact of sales-driven mentality which contribute to the lack of interpersonal skills.

It is more important to spend public money on promoting a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent illness than to spend it on treatment of people who are already ill. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Spending financial support for society problems has always been a hot topic of interest. While it is believed to be paid for residents' healthy lifestyle promotion, some still consider it is better for illness treatments. From my perspective, I am more convinced by the former point.
