Children have to learn many things so that they could be happy and useful in the future as well as they could reach their dreams. Some people believe that boarding school would be a decent choice for youngsters to learn better and become more professional for their future life. Nowadays, health care and education have become the focus of people’s concern. It is a highly debated issue as to who should pay for these services. There are those who argue that the government should pay for them, while others think individuals should shoulder the costs. This essay intends to analyze both perspectives. Personally, I think that primary and secondary health care and education should be on the government, but tertiary health care and education should be free for only those who are below a certain income level.

In recent years, living in a house has risen in popularity over the alternative of sharing residential buildings. While some people find more attractive and convenient to settle in a house, I personally believe that there are more benefits to rent a flat rather than owning its own house.
