It is often argued by the crowd that in improving the overall strength of the audiences, the most prominent way is to provide as many play facilities as possible. However, other sets of people opine that plays only a very little role in improving health and there are other steps needed to be taken to develop. I would like to cite my opinion about both views in this essay.

Certain people believe that each individual should take care of their own healthy lifestyle, however, others support that governments must create some rules for folks to get more responsibility for what they have to eat, and drink, still doing some exercise to control their weight. I'm going to discuss both sides and bring up my own opinion.

In the past few years, a growing number of children have become obese because of being more fascinated towards non-nutritious food. Excessive fat can cause serious problems in the kids such as vulnerability to other chronic diseases and depression. To prevent this parents can encourage their kids to eat more nutritious food and indulge them in a more active lifestyle instead of a sedentary one.

I strongly agree with the former point of view. This essay will argue about both aspects and will give an opinion in the end.

There are two different reactions to facing bad situations. People believe that the best response is to accept the situation and move on. However, others believe that they could find a way to make the situation better. In my opinion, I think the best response is to accept the situation if it is beyond our control. On the other hand, if the situation is something that we could control like emotion, we could find a way to make improvements.
