In today's world, various kinds of technology devices are used to get jobs done at home. While there are some benefits, several problems also emerge. From my point of view, the benefits of being able to work from own property outweigh the drawbacks. In this essay, I will elaborate on both views in detail.

Different cultures see the importance of people based on their age group; in some areas, elder adults are considered more important whereas ,in others, youngsters are seen as more valuable. Taking the decrease in expenditures in hiring people and the increasing rate of possible accidents into account, I believe that the drawbacks will outweigh the benefits.

However, in my perceptive, this is not as expensive as it seems and can be monitored by implementing tight regulations for the manufacturers along with organising awareness campaigns.
