Change is the only constant. These beautiful words describe the true meaning of life. Although there are some who constantly seek adventure and cannot settle in one place, others find it very comfortable to spend their whole life in their hometown. In this essay, I will explain the potential reasons for such a mentality and will state a few advantages and disadvantages of the same.

Since time immemorial, human existence on planet earth has affected diverse species which is now seen as a major problem for the survival of living things. In view of this, there is an ongoing discussion about how human beings have negatively impacted bio-diversity causing several species to go extinct around the globe. This essay would discuss several problems of the stated issue in the paragraphs below while I conclude with my opinion.

There is an argument that the best option to motivate their employees or workers to work hard is to spend a lot of money on them based on how much they can produce and sell. In my view, I totally agree with this idea because everyone spends their cash on a daily basis in order to make a living. Therefore, money has an impact on people to work hard for getting or receiving what they want in daily life.

It is now quite common to see for-profit companies carrying out research and development as opposed to State-owned institutions. While there are positives and negatives to both sides, I would not agree that the pros exceed the cons in such situations. In my ,essay I would attempt to weigh both sides of this argument.

It is widely known that many people in various schools in each country are abandoned by personnel,which is clear that students with bad behaviour possibly remain the same in the future. A large number of people believe that language fluency is dependent on having acquittance with the indigenes by way of living in that country.
