Nowadays, more individuals are hiring a personal fitness mentor than participating in exercise classes. From my viewpoint, there are factors that are included in this regard, such as being a celebrity or having physical injuries. Moreover, I contemplate that it is a positive development. In the following, I am going to discuss it in detail.

Some people argue that if everyone in an organisation were paid the same salary irrespective of their job position, harmony and team collaboration would increase compared to the current pay structure. However, in my opinion, I firmly disagree with this argument because it may lead to disappointment in the workplace and would provide unfair wages to higher authorities.
