In many countries, people prefer to buy a house rather than renting. I believe that owning a property is a sign of positive development for most countries and people feel more secure to work their whole life for something that lasts through time.
Some people argue that students should study subjects related to their careers instead of regular subjects. While there may be some negative views, I clearly agree with the argument.
It is true that nowadays the amount of flora and fauna is at great risk of extinction. In my opinion, this problem is mainly caused by the occurrence of global warming and deforestation. However, it can be solved by enhancing the quality of the green environment by collaborating individuals with the government.
Today, there is a controversy about whether the vanishment of some plants and animals is the biggest environmental challenge that humanity must face. In my perspective, there are other pressing environmental issues that also require attention.
It is undeniable that the world is increasingly demanding a vast amount of energy resources such as oil and natural gas in today’s era. Under such circumstances, the drilling for these resources in remote areas is believed to address the energy crisis. Nevertheless, this medium has caused increased pressure on the global environment. Therefore, I firmly believe that the disadvantages of this approach outweigh the advantages.
It is generally expected that as technology has developed over the last decades, robots or some kind of software will take over drivers' roles and control all kinds of transport in the forthcoming years. However, individuals can witness both the benefits and drawbacks of this trend.
Devoting the daily free time of children to education-related activities is a topic of ongoing debate among parents. Some parents believe that using leisure time for educational purposes is very vital. Others argue that taking free hours away from offspring hinders creativity and mental and physical growth. In my view, some parental control over teenager’s free time for educational errands is viable, however, parents should not allocate free time for learning the school curriculum and should respect offspring's autonomy as that is imperative for mental and physical well-being.
Currently, physical wellness is as essential as academic education in schools. While some argue that physical education classes should be added to the school curriculum, proponents of a purely academic focus maintain that children's time should be devoted exclusively to subjects like mathematics and science. I contend that dedicating all of a child's time at school to academic classes can be counterproductive for educational providers. Therefore, a balanced educational system that includes both fitness and academic classes should be carefully considered for sustainable development.
Frequent exams are an important feature of post-secondary education. There is contention about whether regular exams help students in their after-school life.I believe teenagers should be given regular exams as it will help them to develop some useful skills which are essential for their workplace environment.
A part of society believes that learning online is a better option to gain qualifications, rather than attending school. While others reject that notion and say that attending school is vital.
