Nowadays, there is a trend in most workspaces, on empowering the gender equality concept. This also includes sex equality which means a balance between men and women. I strongly believe that a woman has the same capacities as a man in every different category. However, in some specific job areas, females and the masculine sex are not equally valued.

Governments in many regions nowadays invest a tidy sum in art activities, including music festivals and different types of exhibitions, while some opponents argue that such events could only benefit the minority, I strongly agree that authorities should financially support arts due to various positive effects derived from such activities.

It is considered that women have an efficient method of raising offspring and for this ,reason it is believed that they should focus more on family life rather than developing their careers. I completely disagree that women should spend more time and attention on raising kids. Nowadays there is a growing number of childfree women who are interested in their job and some men can be better at caring about children.

An increasing number of people who work long shifts puts them under pressure more than before. Although the reasons behind this are having a heavy workload and also employees need to make more money, Employers should hire enough labours and raise their employee's salaries.

These days children spent most of their times indoors, playing with their gadgets or working on their assignments. As such, a sedentary lifestyle is becoming popular, and this may lead to detrimental health conditions in the future. To solve this problem, some people argued that parents should encourage their children to do more activities outdoors. I disagree with that statement, in my personal opinion, these young people are true should be more active physically but also should be able to allocate a balanced amount of time for studying.

Young people who commit serious crimes such as robbery or a violent attack should be punished in the same way as adults. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is no doubt that the puberty phase is a very critical stage, and there in the last few years a lot of crimes had been committed by young people which is a risky indication, some people opine that those youth people who have done these crimes should be punished in the same way as adults, while others opine the contrary, as they clime they should be treated it in a different way and they have to take in their consideration their age and situation. In my opinion, I agree with the second statement that stands with the concept of not treating the young person who has done violence to the older criminal. In this essay, I would like to provide my point of view and elaborate more on this by giving examples to support my argument.
