A debatable argument point is home should be rented or purchased. I contend that acquiring a house will gain permanent benefits and be more comfortable for a family or individuals, some people believe that living in temporary home is more convenient also uncomplicated to remove.

Nowadays, technology has made a major change in every field, including finance and payments. It has been a much-discussed subject that paying in cash is going to be replaced by shopping with credit cards or online. However, it appears to me that this statement is not straightforward and some disagreements might be made against the idea, which will be mentioned here.

Nowadays, it is crucial to learn a foreign language due to Its widespread use and numerous benefits. In another world, everybody needs to learn other languages besides their mother tongue. Some people say students are  supposed to learn a second accent in schools or colleges. Others have the opinion that second tongues are not touched in the academic  environment. My point of view is that there are a number of good points when children learn new languages in school, plus the optimal age which after ten years.

Big cities nowadays are undoubtedly crowded with traffic as a result of the excessive use of personal cars. To reduce this problem, some people prefer to use public transportation while others argue that personal cars are still the best transportation mode. I personally agree with the community who are eager to use public transportation. Therefore, through this essay, I am going to explain the reasons.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is acknowledgeable that many countries are in a state of penury, hence developed countries are insistent on helping them by providing financial aid, but doing so does not help poverty. Therefore, advanced countries should look for an alternative method to help poor countries apart from money. This essay strongly agrees with this statement because compensating with cash can be more costly and can backfire in numerous ways.

Nowadays, taking risks is part of the decisions in life. Furthermore, the consequences of these decisions can compound the public's achievements or failures. All opportunities offer their own advantages and disadvantages, depending on the perspective they are seen. In addition, liabilities prevent future regrets and get people out of their comfort zone either in personal or professional life.
