Of course, to reach a more sophisticated and more developed society, daily inquiries are essential and crucial. Although any government pays attention to such an important issue, it doesn't seem to be enough, to support post-graduate research. However, good financial donations , sometimes, are allocated to less worthy projects. In this essay, we are going to discuss and take into account the pros and cons of this weak policy of some dignitaries.

It is argued that having the sole administration to govern all countries should be more beneficial than possessing distinct management for each nation. Although establishing a global government provides a better and unrestricted movement among states, I believe that diverse polities should be maintained to protect cultural identity; therefore, the benefits of owning an independent government for every commonwealth surpass its drawbacks.

Any guilty, before making a negative decision, contemplates its circumstances. Therefore, we should consider some ways to inform them about the future of that decision. Probably, the following fear arising from it, would hinder the criminal from his or her mind and discourages him or her.
